The short version
Protein Tracker is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The points below add details that are specific to this app.
1. Subscriptions and purchases
Protein Tracker Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase, as shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
2. Health disclaimer
Protein Tracker is a tracking tool for general wellness. It does not give medical, nutritional or dietary advice. Protein values, including AI photo estimates, are approximate. Talk to a healthcare professional before changing your diet, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18.
3. Your content
Your log is stored on your device and belongs to you. See the privacy policy for how photos and barcodes are processed.
4. Fair use
Don't misuse the app's online features, for example by sending automated or abusive photo requests. We may limit access to those features to protect the service.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do.
